2012 Headwaters Awards Banquet

The 2012 Headquarters Awards Banquet will be April 21, 2012 at the Eagle River Inn in Eagle River, WI.  Last year's attendance was close to 170 people, which is just about an average number of people that like to get together. Date:       Saturday, April 21^st, 2012

Where:    Eagle River Inn, Hwy 70 W., Eagle River (715) 479- 2000.  

Special standard room rate   of    $59/night. 

Must mention Headwaters banquet to get this rate.

Time:      Cocktails - 5:30pm / Dinner - 6:30 pm

Food:      Family style dinner with all the trimming’s, plus hors d’oeuvres

Cost:       Adults $25 per person Youth 16 years of age & under $15.00 each
                 Only 200 tickets available so get yours early.

Early bird raffle must be purchased by 4/17/12: $5.00 each. 

Winner gets $200 worth of raffle tickets!!!

Food Pantry Raffle: For each nonperishable food item you bring to the banquet, you get 1 raffle ticket.  Winner gets $100 worth of raffle tickets for our other raffles. 
Bring as many items as you like.  Food items go to our local Eagle River Food Pantry. 
Help out the needy!!!

Other Raffles include:  Pistol, Canada Resort, Fishing, Mystery, Ladies, Bucket, Junior’s, and Card.

Benefactor Program $250 CASH donation includes: Membership in MI, 2 free banquet tickets, and $50 worth of raffle tickets.
