Gary Myshak stated that a new pier floating type will be needed for Muskelunge Lake next spring and it could just another club project come spring.
Our Awards Banquet and Fund Raiser is slated for Saturday April 2nd,2005 at the Eagle River Inn according to Chairman Dale Peterson. Our goal is to have 200 people in attendance to create another energetic and enthusiastic audience for the Auctioneer.
Jeff Miller is Chairman for our 25th Musky Classic Tournament to be held next June 11th and 12th here in Eagle River. Teams come from many States and it always fills up at 300 boats. With a $15,000 1st place prize at stake many musky hunters sharpen their hooks during the winter months.
We are looking for a report from Jordan Weeks a fish biologist at Steven Point University who was tracking the Muskies and Walleyes on the Manitowish Chain this pass summer. With Radio transmitters implanted in the fish, he charted the movements through out the summer on their behavior and where about. Chapter 12 as well as the Alliance Chapters provided funding for this endeavor according to Roger Sabota our Rep to that Committee.
